Aim, vision and strategy

Our aim is to increase earnings and improve conditions for cattle breeders, among other things by supplying the best breeding material at the lowest price possible. VikingGenetics is owned by 30,000 Danish, Swedish and Finnish farmers. This organisation enables us to make long-term investments in genetics, research and new technology. The owners have a great influence on the company as they elect the members of the board of directors. Each board member is responsible for the strategy of the breed he represents. The breeding managers and their colleagues are responsible for the practical work. VikingGenetics employs about 165 people who work in the fields of bull stations, laboratories, administration, breeding, information, marketing etc. We wish to offer the very best products and provide the best service.
